B de Beatrice Rose Cote de Provence 2021The property of Sainte Beatrice has been owned by Valerie Rousselle of cru classe Chateau Roubine since 1994, and remains a great under the radar rose from Provence, made by the winemaking team at Roubine. The vines are planted on south facing slopes, and age between 30 and 60 years. Beatrice makes a delicate but plush rose, all creamy red fruits, Provencal spice and a clean, delicate finish. A blend of cinsault, grenache and cabernet sauvignon.
